1.定位精度高
滾動摩擦,不僅摩擦系數只有滑動摩擦的1/50,而且動摩擦與靜摩擦的差距也變的很小。所以機臺運行時,不會產生打滑現象,同時定位精度可以達到微米級。
2.磨耗少,能長時間維持精度
與傳統的滑動引導方式相比,滾動引導方式磨耗非常小,故機臺能長時間維持精度。
3.適用高速運動,大幅度降低機臺所需驅動馬力
摩擦非常小,只需小動力便能讓機床運動。尤其是經常性往返運動的工作方式,更能明顯降低機臺電力損耗量,摩擦產生的熱較小,可適用高速運動。
